It is the policy of Awabian Energy to understand customer requirements through trainings, provide products and services of the highest possible standards to satisfy our customer expectation of quality, safety, reliability and service with 100% customer satisfaction through a ‘’Zero Defectives” process.

  • Ensure that our services comply with relevant industrial code Standards, statutory regulations and customer’s specifications.
  • Establish a well - defined procedure for quality control, plans, personnel roles and functions and ensure that these are adequately communicated to all levels of the organization.
  • Investigate all operational non – conformities on time in order to correct and prevent future occurrences.
  • Prevent failure in service by a consistent approach to quality assurance at every stage of contract implementation.
  • Ensure that quality assurance records are readily available and also the training of personnel to ensure quality service.
